Change description property blocks "apply changes" option

How to reproduce the issue?

1. Enter data > Load
2. Change column description > Apply changes -->⚠️Table description is now the same as column description
3. Change table description
4. Change column description again > Apply changes --> ⚠️ Now you can't either discard or apply changes

You can fix it changing table description in PowerQuery but you have to do it every time you change a column or measure description.

Is this the expected behaviour?

We’ve identified the issue and this will be fixed in next release.
