Cards depicting measures working in Power BI Desktop, but appear as blank in online report view

Hi all,

 

does anybody face a similar issue? No filters have been changed and the report has simply been published to the Power BI online service. The visuals are simple cards depicting calculations. However, while I am able to see the calculation results in the desktop version, when opening the published report the particular fields appear as blanks. All other visuals/calculations of the report are working normally. Is it a bug, or is there something I am missing?

May I know whether this issue still happen? If you refresh your report visuals, will this issue happen either? If this issue keeps happening, could you please provide a download link of a sample pbix file that contains your issue and let me know the version of your Power BI service? Thanks in advance!

Hello @v-cazheng-msft,

 

thank you for your reply. I am unfortunately unable to share the pbix, as it is confidential. However, as I mentioned before, everything works fine in the Desktop version of Power BI. Additionally, when I post the same report to "My Workspace" everythinng works fine. The problem appears in a user created workspace. The versions I am using are the following:

 

Power BI Service version: 13.0.18945.52

Desktop Version: 2.108.997.0 64-bit (August 2022)
