Cannot view Adobe Analytics Segments in Power BI desktop

Hi,

I have successfuly connected Adobe Analytics Report Suite to Power BI Desktop. After this, the Adobe Admin also granted me the Web Service Access. However, I am still unable to see the segments in Power BI. I also cleared the cache in Power BI and even this did not help.

How could I resolve this?

Thanks for the reply.

I have successfully connected my Report suite to Power BI Desktop. I am able to load Dimensions and Measures as well. However, I don't see any of my Adobe Segments available for selection in Power BI. 

I have Web Service Access in Adobe Analytics and I also tried clearing my Power BI Cache. Is there anything else I could do to view my segments?
