Cannot use OneDrive as a data source in Power BI online

Hello,

I cannot seem to use OneDrive for Business as a data source in Power BI (Not desktop version).

When I go to OneDrive for Business in the Power BI app, all it says is "Sign up". It's been a few days and still nothing.

Any ideas? Do you need desktop version of Power BI to use OneDrive as a data scource?

I cannot repro the same issue on my side. Please refer to following gif and let me know if there is any difference between our repro steps. BTW, can you sign in to https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-nz/business/ directly with the same account?

Here is a screenshot after I choose OneDrive as a data source....and clicking sign up doesn't work either it just takes me to the microsoft store.

 

And to your question about logging in to the OneDrive link, yes I can log in with the same email.

do you habe a OneDrive for BUSINESS account?  i had a 365 account w PowerBI, but had to ask my IT to add OneDrive as an add on subscription.
