Cannot publish paginated reports due to unathorized access

I have a premium workspace where I have published paginated reports in the past.

Today I'm getting a new error:

Operation returned an invalid status code 'Unauthorized'
ErrorCode: Unknown
Details: An unknown error was encountered. Please try again.

I am the Administrator of this workspace and the workspace has a Premium plan so I don't know what it could be.

I have tested on my side, it works well.

try to go to power bi service-> get data->files->local file->.rdl file

Hi Lin,

Your method worked perfectly.

I was doing it via the Power BI Report Builder Publish button and it still doesn't work. That's a bug for Microsoft to fix, in the mean time i'm gonna keep doing what you told me.
