Cannot open .pbix on desktop with unexpected error

This morning, I cannot open a .pbix from desktop PowerBI. I also sended frowns by clicking the button.

 

Attached is the error message:

Where's the error message?

Would you like to post a download link of the pbix file with this issue without the sensitive data if it’s possible and we can help you to check if it’s an existing issue in the Power BI?

I also suggest you to make sure you have updated to the latest version of the Power BI desktop.

same goes to me..but i know how to temporary solve this, you need to logout your power bi username then only you can use the power bi desktop. but this not solving this issue. my whole organization cant use the power bi right now since last week..when open P.bi using teams, it just keep loading

@v-robertq-msft it is not the pbix issue. the issue is with our organization login. if i use my organization login, i will have the error as per picture below
