Deployement pipelines issue - Can't start the deployment

Greetings,

I'm facing issues regarding the deployment of a data set which is used for two reports.
We are not able to deploy the three objects from our DEV environment to the TEST.

The problem only concerns the elements mentioned above. All the rest of our products deploy correctly.

Our team tried several methods to troubleshoot the error but without success.

The dataset

The two reports

Status: Investigating

Hi @Anonymous

May I know whether these two reports are built on this dataset? For the dataset, there is an error said “Bind Failed”. For the report, there is an error said “datasets referenced by reports being deployed must be included in the deployment or already exist in the target folder”. Some items aren’t supported by Deployment pipelines and there are some considerations and limitations on it. Please check with the official document firstly.

We have the same issue, but only for a dataset (with incremental refresh) since I changed the data type of a column in the query editor. Even when I change it back, I get the same error. This deployment worked before, before I made the schema change/data type change on the column.

Maybe a workaround could be to deploy the pbix to the test workspace directly, and then try again to deploy it from the dev workspace, but obviously this is not preferred.

Thanks for your help!
