We tried to publish the most recent version of the desktop and the version from April 2020. The result is the same.

Try to update the gateway to latest version and then try it again.

Thanks for your feedback! Previously, I did not use a gateway and everything worked fine. Some of the reports that I did not publish again work fine. I have configured the gateway and connection to Redshift. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. According to the newly published reports, there is still an error.

Try to re-edit the data source credentials in the power bi service dataset setting. 

and also check if you could use latest version power bi desktop to create a new simple report connect to this datasouce to if it works well.

Hi Lin! @v-lili6-msft 

I have created two test reports. One is quite simple, without any transformations. It works fine in the web interface. In the second, I applied value substitution. And according to him, the same error. We managed to solve the previously published reports due to the gateway settings. But it turns out that I cannot create new reports and modify old ones in the new version of the desktop application.
Where can I get the early versions of the desktop application?
