Cannot access OData feed with URL containing Cyrillic characters

I try to access OData channel with URL containing Cyrillic characters :

I get 404 message:

But when I use exactly the same URL as Web-feed, everything is OK:

When I access OData channel with URL containing only Latin characters - everything is also OK.

It seems like Power BI Desktop has a bug preventing it from accessing OData feed  with URL containing Cyrillic characters.

@mikola,

What version of Power  BI Desktop do you use? Could you please use this verification tool to check if your OData URL returns proper result? Please note that Microsoft cannot make any representations regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any the third party software or information.
