Cannot TAKE OVER a Data Flow Gen 2 if it has an error

I and my co-worker are both Admins in a Fabric Workspace (currently Free Capacity but I doubt that matters).

She worked on, but never completed a DataFlow Gen2. The most recent run ended in an error.

I would like to take up where she left off. I click on the elipsis, then Settings. 

The DataFlow in question is NOT listed there. I see all the others, but NOT this one.

(I see 11 DataFlows listed in the Fabric Workspace, but when I click Settings, I see only 10. Missing is the one that ended in an error. Without it being listed under Settings, I cannot get to TAKE OVER the DataFlow to fix the error.)

I see this as a BUG
