Can't publish pbix error:object reference not set to an instance of an object

I found I can't publish the pbix to power bi service. 

Error shows "object reference not set to an instance of an object"

But I tested it for many times. If it's the first time I publish this pbix file, it can be published to power bi service. But if it made some changes of the report and wanted to publish it again. I always got the error message about instance object issue.

I can't understand why.

What is your data source and what changes do you do after the first publish?

Are you able to publish the updated PBIX file though 'Get Data - Files' in PBI Service?

Does this issue happen to all of your PBIX files or only a specific one?

It started happening to me too. Started off with 1 pbix file now happens to all of them. Deleted reports and data sources on the portal but still cannot publish.
