I’ve investigated based on the error information from you and find related records said this operation is not supported for models in Premium. Normally, such kind of error is pompted due to the enable of Large dataset storage format. Please go to the Settings page of report dataset to check whether Large dataset storage format is turned on. After switching it to Off, try the download operation again. Thanks in advance!

I'm running into same issue and Large dataset storage format is disabled. 

Can you please suggest based on below error code ?
