Can't Submit Tech Support Ticket

I can't submit a tech support ticket because I can't select a Problem Type or a Category.

 

There is no valid dropdown - it's just blank.

Using MS Edge with no plugins/extensions, as originally thought it might be related to an adblocker issue.

@NickRooster,

It is a temporary issue, you should be able to submit ticket now. I have no issues opening a ticket on my side.
