Can't Open a Support Ticket

Hello,

 

When I attempt to access the Support Page, I am given a message that I require a Power BI Pro Subscript:

I have Pro, but cannot sign in to the Website (my company uses Office 365 and Okta Single Sign On). Is there a known issue with this and/or is this a portal that can only be accessed by a personal account? Also, does this post still hold true?

As you are Pro user, it's free to submit a support ticket.

 

Please open a inprivate browser, then type this URL and enter your Power BI service account:

 

https://microsoft.sharepoint.com/sites/biatmicrosoft/Pages/Support/Default.aspx#requestSupport

Out of curiosity, I should be able to use my Corporate Office 365 Account to submit a support ticket? There should not be this extra prompt for me to sign in?
