COUNTBLANK is not working

Hello,

COUNTBLANK does not seem to be working. I have data similar to the following.

The measure does not return any values, even though you can see the blank values above.

COUNTBLANK counts both empty strings and blanks. You may do comparisons with BLANK.

Cells may contain invisible characters.

I have checked my cells for invisible characters.  I have created a separate table and filtered by Non blank and then I can count rows.  There is a bug in the function.  For sure.  I even tried an isblank calculated column and the I get both true and false values.  If I write A calculate function e.g. Calculate(countrows(sales),filter(sales, salespersonblank = true).  I get no results.  But when I create a table and type in filter(sales, salespersonblank = true), I get results.  There must be a bug in PowerBI
