Buttons have stopped working

Hi,

We have installed a 55" NEC touchscreen and small form factor PC in one of our rooms, running Windows 10 and booting straight into the Power BI app. The app opens up a BI report into presentation mode.

A few weeks ago the buttons we had set up to navigate around the report stopped working. I can tap on slicers and chiclets and all the other app functions, but the 'buttons' don't work.

The buttons work fine in PowerBI Desktop, and they work fine when viewed through a web browser.

Has something been broken in the latest update to the PowerBI viewer app? Or is there some setting that I am missing?

Hi,

Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce the same test environment as yours.

It will be very helpful if you can post a video and a pbix file without sensitive data that can explain this issue in detail to us.
