Bug in tooltip with huge text

There is bug in Tooltip in PowerBI Desktop Version:2.51.4885.701 64-bit (October 2017) + Service + Azure PBIE. 

When I enter huge text in tooltip there are several bugs: 

1) There are breaks in the text: 



But this issue takes place only in PBI Desktop October 2017 Version + Service + Azure PBIE. 
Actually, there is no such issue in PBI Desktop September 2017 Version: 

2) Scroll does not work in see data mode for huge text.

For the first issue, it has already been reported internally to Power BI Team: CRI 49240421.

Fix is targeted for Dec 2017 version of Power BI Desktop.
