Bug/error with the New Filter Experience in Power BI Service

I found a bug/error with the New Filter Experience in Power BI Service. When using the filter pane in PBI Desktop it works fine, but when I Publish the PBIX-file (Import data) to the PBI Service the filter pane is not reacting well (see picture below).

I have three bookmarks in the report, I don’t know if that is a part of the issue.

I really like the “New Filter Experience” and I know it’s still a Preview feature, but it would be great if this bug/error could be solved in the nearby future.  

I've installed the latest PBI desktop (downloaded 2019-01-30) and bulid and published the report from that version.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side. Please try in different browsers to see if the same issue occurs.

Thx for your reply. The issue still remains when using the report in other web browsers. 

Unfortunately, I can’t share the PBIX-file as it contains confidential information (both rows and column names).

Hopefully the issue will solve in future releases of the New filter pane.

Hi again Qiuyun Yu,

During the weekend something must have hapened in the PBI Service. All of my published reports that
uses the New Filter Experience in Power BI Service has gone blank (i.e. The New Filter Pane has gone blank). Even on reports that I've published on January 18th, that worked fine prior this weekend has gone blank. 

The filter function still work in PBI mobile apps. 

I've just tried published a PBIX-file with dummy data Type: "Enter Data" (import), and the same error occur

on that file.

The New Filter pane works again after I removed the JSON-Theme.

I  have had the exact same experience. Selecting a filter value was hit and miss and then this week some filters appear just blank.

My reports also were fine in desktop but when published they stop working.

We were using a custom theme. After removing that my report started working.
Thanks for the tip @Anonymous.

I have also enabled the query reduction button for filter selections.  This means that the user has an "apply filter" button to ensure that the selection in the filter happens properly.
