Bug: Power KPI only showing Tooltips in Desktop

When using Power BI Desktop, the tooltips of the Power KPI visuals show correctly.

When publishing to Power BI Service, the tooltips don't show anymore on hover.

Even when entering edit mode in Service, they still don't show up.

Was there a version update that introduced this bug?

We are aware of feedback from other users who have had similar experiences to yours, but as we are unable to reproduce the issue it is still under investigation, I will continue to monitor the issue and will update here as soon as there are any further progress.

I'm also experiencing the same issue with Tooltip in PowerKPI Visual. It shows up in Desktop but not in the published version of the report.
