Bug: Power BI Service/Premium display wrong reports and dashboards in App Workspaces

Occasionally and intermittantly, reports and dashboards are listed within Power BI app workspaces that they don't belong.

 

Example: Report A is in App Workspace B.  But Report A is listed in App Workspace C (along with other App Workspace C reports).

 

Here is a screenshot as evidence:

I believe it persisted after a browser refresh, but I have not seen this issue again since my original post. Thanks
