Bug: Not able to get Email Subscriptions

Hi,

I am facing issue to get the mail after subscribe the report / dashboards. I didn't get any mails for the subscription of any dashboard / report. I gone through the forum instractions but till I am not getting any mails.

 

My current setting is as following 

 

1. Dataset are schedule refreshing through On premise data gateway on daily level and reports are showing updated numbers.

2. I checked my domain mail setting for Spam / Junk. I didn't get any mail from the "no-reply@email.powerbi.com".

3. I added the above mail id to safe sender list. 

4. Active "Subscribe to email" option for a report and click on save & close.

5. Checked External provider, It didn't blocked any mail from "no-reply@email.powerbi.com".

6. Add "no-reply@email.powerbi.com" to external provide safe sender list. 

 

please help me.

Are you a Pro Trial user? If yes, there is an existing issue: CRI 41678321

ETA is end of Aug 2017.

Hello, September 6th has passed 🙂 I am also having this problem and have tested it with Gmail and Outlook users here. Users receive emails when I share a dashboard with them, but users have not been receiving emails from the "Subscribe to Emails" function after I publish new data. We have single sign on with our university logins here, so ID/login should not be a problem... 

 

Everyone I have tested this with currently has a Pro license (not trial).
