Bug: Basic filters don't work on parent-child OLAP SSAS dimensions

Bug in PowerBI.

 

When using a chart with a parent-child dimension coming from an OLAP SSAS cube in live mode, basic filters don't work. Advanced filters work as expected, but selecting a value in basic filters show no data.

 

As drilltrhorugh filters only accept basic filters they don't work either.

I cannot repro the same issue on my side. Please refer to following screenshot. Are you using the latest version 2.51.4885.701 on your side?

Yes, we use Version: 2.51.4885.701 64-bit (octubre de 2017)

 

No way to make it work.

1. The leaf level always shows <blank> as values on the basic filters.

2. All other levels show correct filter values but when selected no data is displayed on the grid.

 

Are you using live SSAS cube connection?

 

Any idea what could we look at? The dimension itself is quite simple, I just tested with a new dimension with key and parent, nothing else, and the behaviour is exactly the same.
