Bug - All users not visible in usage report

Hi,

I have multiple reports where some users do not show up in usage report. This is a random behaviour. This has rendered the usage report utility almost useless, as clients want to use it to monitor usage and understand utility of various reports sections/pages.

Note - Users in question have accessed report(s) in last 90 days. Different set of users for different reports. Reports are shared via Power BI service.

Any help is much appreciated.

There is a known issue that Usage Metrics V1 doesn't work for the users who have enabled Private Links

as a workaround, Cusotmers can use Usage Metrics V2 or disable Private links
