Black border appears around random visuals in Power BI Service

A black border appears around a random visual when a report page is opened in Power BI Service.  Looks like it's selected by default. The border disappears when the focus is changed to another visual or part of a report and that is not visible in desktop. The screenshot below illustrates it with a red sign.

It's been a few weeks. Is there any update to ticket ID # 347527225 regarding random black borders appearing when publishing to Power BI Service? Any permanent fix?
