BI Dashboard - Failure Details

In addition to the email failures received by the publishing party has a user created a dashboard/report that collects the errors into a dashboard for visibility across the organization?

Example being a user in another dept has published a report and there is a failure to refresh the data, they receive an email noting the failure but I won't have insight to troubleshoot as I don't receive the notification aside from a forwarded email.
