Apple watch 7 issue

The Dashboard is not working in the apple watch 7. I got an issue which is saying No dashboards yet. Please open power bi app on your phone and sync a dashboard. (Which i did already)

May I know how you used your apple watch to open this dashboard? Did you open it in browser or an app?

Thanks for your reply. May I know whether you have tried to refresh your synced dashboard from your watch or your iPhone?  In this process, please make sure your apple watch is connected to your iPhone and the Power BI mobile app on your iPhone is running, at least in the backgroundFor more details about viewing KPIs and card tiles from dashboards with apple watch, plese refer Explore Power BI data in the mobile app on your Apple Watch - Power BI | Microsoft Docs.

If this isue couldn't be solved by refresh, may I know whether you are using the lastest version Power BI app on your iPhone? Did you successfully view your dashboard in apple watch before?

Hello,

I have the same issue, I was able to get the dashboard sync'd once, but as soon as you go back to the Apple Watch app this messages reappears. It's as if there's no way for the Watch App to pull refreshes for the dashboard. I'm on an Apple Watch 6 with Watch OS 8.3.
