An error occurring while installing standard on-premise gateway for Power BI

Hi Team,

I am getting an error while installing On-premise gateway in my local system. My system has windows 10 and it's 64-bit processor. 

My system is compliance with all prerequisites for gateway. I tried various solutions which are already available in community and other platforms. I also tried to control installation using service.msc, but at last stage this installation service stopped and not able to start it from services.msc. Here I also attached screenshot with error.

Hi  @zala_007 ,

Did you checked for Previous Installations? please make sure there are no remnants of previous installations of the On-premises data gateway. Clear the temporary files in your system. You can do this by running Disk Cleanup or manually deleting files in the C:\Users\DELL\AppData\Local\Temp folder.
Make sure you are running the installer with administrative privileges. Right-click the installer and select "Run as Administrator". Your account should have the full control permissions on the folder where you are trying to install the gateway. You can do this by right-clicking the folder, selecting "Properties," and then navigating to the "Security" tab.
We also noticed that the error log mentions MsiSystemRebootPending = 1, which indicates that a system reboot is pending. Try rebooting your system and then attempt the installation again.
