Allow to Select Percentage based on Selection, or Total - not just Selection (as it is now)

I'm not sure if this was requested or not yet as a new feature request. its hard to find all the topics, as there are many ways to explain this.

When creating a table of Pie chart where the values quick calc are percentage of total, and you want to filter on some of the legends and not all of them - all there to be a filter option to select either to base the percentage calculation on the total # of items in the set, or to base the percentage on the Items selected.  

Currently, it only bases the percentage on the selection. So, if I filter and only select 1 legend item, it will display 100% since that is the only item selected. It would be nice that it displayed its true percentage of the total dataset.
