Align Y axis for Line and Cluster Column Chart

Turning off the Secondary Y axis used to align both measures for column and line to the same scale. This no longer seems to be working. When turning off the Secondary Y axis, the line is still aligned to the one that is switched off.

Then switching off below, the axis scale remains as if only using the column measure.

I do have the latest version.

I think there is a bug as it does not work my end and I had various other people test this out, with it not working for them either.
