Add users to group

Good day,

In my attempt to add to add a new user, I included the new user to the required Power BI report group but the user gets the an error With the following Details and is unable to access the reports etc.

By Group, I mean Group Workspace

What is the data source of this report? Is there any gateway configured for it? Could you please post an error screenshot for it?

See below the error the new user gets.

The gateway is configured for an on premises source.

Is the gateway configured properly? You can check the status in Manage gateways for on-premises gateway. I just tried the same scenario as you but still cannot repro.

If issue persists, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
