I am trying to use "Web" method by putting url of the NORIS API address, it is returning back with the error message

Unable to connect " The remote name could not be resolved "xxxxxxxxx" (API Server system name).

unable to understand the issue.

Anyone can please guide the workflow

1. How to access the API from Power BI ?, This API follows HTTP Methods and Token service bearer access token method.

2. Is it requires any other API Connectors or Support?

Note : Using Power BI pro account and no azure license

Have you used the API before? You mentioned that you are trying to use "Web" method by putting url of the NORIS API address , so you use Web connector to connect to the data source , right ?Can you make sure your data source is accessible?

Not used API Before.

Yes using web connector in Power BI "web" option,

Also the API is not open to Public, it is secured environment
