Able to create two workspaces with the same name

Hi Team,

Any user can create two workspaces with the same name in Power BI Service. The only difference between these two - they have a different type (v1 (old workspace experience) and v2 (new workspace experience)). It seems weird behavior. 

Any tool when browsing the list of workspaces will see identical names. For instance, in PBI Desktop when you want to publish a report.

I got information below: 

This is currently by design. The preview version of app workspaces (WorkspacesV2) enforces unique names across tenants only for the preview app workspaces. There is no check against the old version (WorkspaceV1) workspace names.
