A technical problem in Power BI Desktop

When I try to open the application on my desktop, I get the message "An error occurred" Even though I updated it to the latest version and the Windows system was also updated, the problem still exists and I do not know what the solution is.

I hope someone will help me.

Please uninstall your Power BI Desktop in Control Panel and then download the latest version in Microsoft Download Center .

I do it and still i can't open it , and i called some people and they have the same problem we need a real solution .

I got below error massage when inital open of Power BI on windows 11 and coudnt open the application. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue. Date- 23th March 2024
