update issue

Hello, We are experiencing recurring problems updating reports connected to 2 data sources (Google Analytics and SQL Server DB) with the error message "Can not connect to undefined data source".

The connection to the SQL Server DB is done through a gateway and the connection to Google Analytics with Orgnizational mode.

No problem in Power Bi Desktop.

Also, no problem with reports connected only to SQL Server from the gateway, so, the problem seems to come from the connection to Google Analytics.

Can you give us the necessary indications so that the update from the web portal can work?

Hi @nauduberteau, 

I created a report connect to SQL database and Google Analytics in import mode, it's able to refresh the dataset successfully use on-premises data gateway version 3000.1.257 on Power BI service. In your scenario, please update your gateway to the latest version then test again. 

If the issue still occurs, please go to Refresh History and click on Show button, share the detail error information with us. Also please share gateway logs, you can upload it to your OneDrive and send the share link to me via private message.
