unable to load schema for database model

I have a mac, Install a windows virtual machine from: https://www.parallels.com/

Later, I did the installation of power bi desktop.
The problem is that when I try to get data from tables in a database, it gives me the following error:

unable to load schema for database model

Do you have any idea what could be going on?

Hi  @Anonymous 

Please check whether the computer on which you installed Desktop meets the installation conditions . If not, you cannot successfully install or use Desktop  . 

If there is no problem with your Desktop deployment environment, please provide the specific information of your error report in text instead of screenshots .

It's a known issue , my colleague has submitted it to ICM , the ID is 315343906 . 

Currently, please download and install an older version as a workaround. Previous monthly updates to Power BI Desktop and the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
