unable connecting to MySQL database from Power BI Service Dataflows with New tables

When trying to connect to my MySQL database I cannot get passed the database selection.

"We encountered an unexpected error." 
It doesn't close the Power Query correctly and only we to retry is renew the app. 
I've got a data gateway installed and working. I can publish tables to the Power BI Service from desktop.

Now, I want to reuse tables to optimize my data models and reporting environment.

Anyone got a clue why I can't connect to MySQL from Power BI Service? And note that I don't even get to the credentials part. After selecting the server and database name I get the error after selecting 'Next'.

Hi @IgnasvdEinde ,

Can other data source connect fine but only MySQL can't be connected? I suggest you download the latest on-premises data gateway and reinstall.

Well, I only have MySQL to connect to. I also created a Calendar which also just works fine.
I've got the most recent gateway already (Personal Mode).

Update: I've installed the Enterprise mode gateway and no issues there.
So, I assume it's related to the (restrictions of) the Personal Mode gateway.
