the data does not automatically refresh on the TV

Hey guys,

I recently encountered a problem when I was presenting dashboard in the browser (IE,chrome)
On the TV, the data does not automatically refresh.

I tried to download a plugin that automatically refreshes the data but once the plugin refreshes the data it takes me out of the full screen.

I have to point out that this is about dashboard and not about a report.
In addition I tried to add the "dashboard tile refresh" option and it still does not work.

Please note that I am using in "Direct Query" mode.

When I log in to  data set  to see at the history log I see that everything has been successfully 

I do not see anything unusual, that means the problem is the browser that does not know to update automatically

What can be done with this issue ..?

Hi @alonb,

As it's DirectQuery mode, which refresh frequency do you set for the dataset? 

Based on my test with DirectQuery to SQL database, if we set the refresh frequency as 15 minutes, the data in dashboard full screen mode will be updated around 15 minutes after the data updated in SQL database. 

In your scenario, please check your schedule cache refresh setting and refresh history records to see if refresh triggers.
