swORG custom chart not working properly

I have used swORG custom chart in Power BI.

It has some issues, after inserting values in ID,Parent ID, Label Title and Label Content,

It takes lot of time to load and after sometime it becomes unresponsive.

When it loaded in Power BI Desktop and Publish to the Power BI Service the Report of Organization chart is not opening and it becomes unresponsive.
Also image is not loaded in swORG custom chart, which are availbale in SharePoint Drive,and link is present in Excel Sheet,

Please try:

1. Check if the custom visual is certified by Microsoft. If it is not, it may not be supported in Power BI Service.

2. Make sure you have the latest version of the visual installed.

3. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and then refreshing the page.
