refresh my data

I am getting the below error msgwhen my data fails to refresh

Could you please provide some more details about it? What is your data source, Import or Direct Query mode? Is gateway used here? Do you always get this error message when schedule refreshing and manually refreshing? Can you refresh the dataset properly in Power BI Desktop?
