polygon mapping power BI Desktop

Hello All,

I was trying to build a map visual in power BI Desktop using a Geography data type files from SQL Server but its not working in power BI , looks like Power BI not recognizing the Polygon Geography Data  any help with this is much appreciated.

Below are the Screen shots of how data looks in SQL Server and Power BI Desktop .

Power BI maps do not support SQL geography data types.

Thanks for the quick response, does it work if i convert into text and then use it in power bi
