Now letting you know what tune I am listening to atm makes just as much sense as your reply.

Besides why repeat.

When is m$ going to get a real best of bred forum platform?

I have mentioned this before by paying Stack Overflow to use a copy of their platform couldn't hurt ... but please m$ don't buy them out ... you'd just ...

Steps to reproduce:

Open Power BI Paginated Report Builder

Insert layout object:  rectangle, textbox etc

Border Colour default is Black.  Change to another Colour.

Click OK to close properties box.  Open the properties again and Border Colour is Black.  

And there is our answer.  The Presets option has to be changed from none (default) to Outline. 

So the bug is reduced somewhat to when a border colour is chosen then Presets should automatically be changed to Outline.  Hence the confusion.

And No Colour Fill
