not able to minimize filter pane when dax formula is open

When editing a dax formula you can not minimize or maximize the filter pane.

It’s something by design. DAX formula input box will extend to the right border of Filter pane. In fact, when you edit dax formula, you couldn’t make some changes to filters on Filter pane.

If you would like to do some extra settings on Filer pane, you need close dax input box firstly by clicking on these two icons.

I understand that is how it works now. 

Why can it interact with te filterpane just like with the visualisation pan of fieldpane?

It would make the interface for users better!
