install On-Premises Data Gateway encounter issue while enter email to log in

-Network request returned unexpected error.

-Network connectivity is limited.

   -Ensure network access is functioning correctly. Firewall and proxy configurations may need to be changed.

-Gateway service cannot access outside network. Check your connectivity settings.

   Gateway service connectivity check failed. Common issues can be found at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=838272.

can anyone assists me what i can do and what is the actual issue? previously using the gateway without any issue but after re-install with this issue, appreciate your help.
