esri maps not loading

Since i installed the latest upgrade the Esri map function doe not load; i have seen this on many forums and no-one yet has proposed a solution.

Please try to delete files at this location: C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\CEF to see if the issue persists.
