Dataflows with enchance compute enabled returning status Failed when trying to refresh, with the following log:
Error: An internal error occurred.. RootActivityId = 6939a220-2565-43f9-9285-358468b3f494.Param1 = Operation failed because the compute engine has an outage and is unavailable. Please retry your operation Request ID: b84c6704-e381-f888-fc64-f7f3691f82a0.
When trying to modify those dataflows via enhanced compute engine settings to disable or optimize it returns the following error:

It's very hard to reproduce this issue on my side. I would suggest you create a support ticket for further analysis.
If you are a Power BI Pro licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.
