can't click OK button in dialog boxes on certain resolution screen sizes

There has been an ongoing problem for many releases.  I am running 1024 x 768 resolution.  At this resolution, when I click on certain dialog boxes (such as quick measures, drop down list in data view, the OK button is off the screen at the bottom of the page.  Is this a known issue?  Can it be fixed?

@MattAllington,

As per this online document, for display setting, at least 1440x900 or 1600x900 (16:9) is recommended.  Lower resolutions such as 1024x768 or 1280x800 are not recommended, as certain controls (such as closing the startup screen) display beyond those resolutions.
