Zendesk API row limitation being lifted

Hi all,

 

I hope you are well.

 

I was wondering if it would be possible to have the Zendesk row limitation be lifted for my account please? I am currently using the MS built Zendesk data source and would like to implement it to my data model.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi @Anonymous 

it's a limit set on Zendesks side unfortunately. Maybe you can user pagination to get 1000 rows per API request by using something like List.Transform . More info you can refer to the following case .
