Workspace selection problem

When I select any workspace from the workspaces list service it directs me to default workspace (namely My workspace), I cant reach any workspace other than "My workspace" from that list. Do you know how to solve it?

Could not reproduce it in my side as far as my test.

Please check whether you have access and license to these workspaces.

If you did have access and license to visit these workspaces, please try to change different browsers to check it.
