Workspace Admins unable to see report subscriptions

I have created a report subscription in a workspace where I have admin rights. This subscription is functioning properly.

I'm able to view the subscription and make changes, but other workspace admins are unable to see the subscription I created.

How can we resolve this so the other admins can see all subscriptions? This will be essential especially when other non-admin users start creating subscriptions.

This is what my colleague sees when trying to access the report subscriptions:

Hi @j1906

Does the admin of the other workspace have access to your workspace? If they are just admins of their own workspace and don't have access to your workspace, then they won't be able to see your subscriptions.

Hi @Anonymous

We are both admins of the workspace where the report resides with the subscription.

They don't have admin access to my workspace, is that something I can give them? Or do they need to be a Fabric Administrator to see this, rather than just an admin of the workspace?

Hi @j1906

They need to have administrator privileges to your workspace to manage subscriptions, otherwise they can only manage subscriptions they created themselves, unless, of course, you don't want them to manage the subscriptions, but just to see the contents of the subscriptions . Then you just need to add their account email when you subscribe.

Hi @Anonymous

That makes sense. I want them to be able to view and edit the subscriptions.

Is there a way to manually assign them access to "My Workspace" ? Or do they need an adminstrator role assigned to their microsoft account (Fabric Administrator, etc)

Was able to get it working by having them activate their Fabric Administrator license and then all workspace subscriptions were available to view/edit.
