Workbook Table Filter Issue - Not displaying all data

Good Morning , 

This is a random one that only affects one person in our organisation. We have a report that has a table , this is linking to a bar chart and a card that returns a count. When you select a portion of the bar chart the table filters to show the related records and the count in the card reflects this new filtered count. 

The table also displays all of the filtered records for the selection, and this works great for 99% of the reports users. We have one user where a random number of records are omitted from the table, and the dates associated change from UK to US format, the report is shared through teams and we have checked the regional settings on teams and the bi report all of which are set to UK. 

What else should we be looking at ? why is the table not filtering correctly for one person ?

Any ideas are most welcome. Thank you

Hi @tkell ,

 

Sounds like a strange situation, I tried to reproduce the issue but it didn't work, please check if this user is added to the RLS role on this report.
Also, has the user tried to reset the persistent filter for this report?
